Bio: Nav Persaud – Canada Research Chair in Health Justice and Associate Professor in the University of Toronto Department of Family and Community Medicine.
He is a Staff Physician and Scientist within the MAP Centre for Urban Health Solutions at St Michael’s Hospital. Nav leads the CLEAN Meds trial of free essential medicines distribution, and the Global Essential Medicines research program that is a partnership with the World Health Organization.
